UNETHICAL MOBILE SHOP TRIED TO OVERCHARGE MY MOTHER FOR PREPAID SIMCARD

Please help to share and eliminate this Black Shop (L & H Mobile). This is Jovan Chew number 2. They saw me taking photo and started hiding. My mother went to a shop to purchase a Starhub prepaid card, and was told that the card is $38 and has no value in it. Thereafter, she was asked to top up another $10 for the value inside.

After they left the shop, my mother went to check with another shop for the same card, which she was told that there is already a $10 credit inside. I went back with my mother to the shop and the boss told us that they are not sure what happened, when I asked for the card, they said it is sold out. but will top up $10 into the card that my mother paid.

I was not happy and told them to check what happen and call me back. Later they called me telling me they have credited another $10 into the card. Then, I found this very suspicious and called Starhub which they verified that the card is under the $8 Happy Prepaid SIM.
