CPF BOARD: BEWARE OF FAKE CPF WEBSITE, DO NOT LOG ON TO IT

The Central Provident Fund Board has sent out an alert to members on a fake CPF corporate website. CPFB is working on bringing down this fake website and urged users to be vigilant. This comes after CPF’s official website was disrupted for 2 weeks due to a malfunctioning website upgrade. As of Tuesday, CPF online services were 90% restored.

In CPFB’s email to Singaporeans, it stated:

“We are currently working to bring down this fake website. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you to remain vigilant and exercise caution when using the Internet, especially for transactional purposes. Please use only the official CPF website at www.cpf.gov.sg for all informational and transactional needs concerning CPF matters”
