At around 7pm last night, I was shocked to see an uncle riding an electric bicycle on the PIE near Upper Serangoon Road exit. He was hogging the entire lane and worse still, he did not wear any safety helmet.
Is this acceptable behaviour? Are e-bike riders getting out of hand in Singapore?
