IS THE S’PORE SPORTS HUB AN EXPENSIVE WHITE ELEPHANT?

Dear Editors,

SAAA wants to hold an International Athlete Meet at the Sports Hub. Sports Hub wants to charge SAAA $500,000 to convert the field to athletics.

SG wants to hold National Day 2016 at the Sports Hub. Sports Hub wants $19m. We may have a good stadium. But who can afford to use the Sports Hub?

Is the Sports Hub a white elephant which serves no purpose because it is so expensive?
