POLICE ALLOW SERIAL FLASHER TO WALK FREE BECAUSE HE IS MENTALLY ILL

Sad to say, I also encountered similar experience dealing w police. I called 999 reporting a Malay man walking in the neighborhood and pretending to drop his loose pants in front of female joggers.

The police came and ask me to provide description & details. After telling them the whole incident, their response as follow: “Oh… We kn this guy. His mental got some problem, captured him before and put in mental institution. Found him no danger, so got to release him. Nothing much we can do.”

I told them, excuse me, there’s a primary school nearby w small children. This is considered no danger? Maybe only pple who kill innocent then labelled danger?

And the best part is, the whole conversation was conducted w the police sitting inside his car while I am standing and bending down talking to them under the hot sun. Sigh..
