RUBBISH DUMPED EVERYWHERE, SINGAPORE IS NO LONGER A CLEAN CITY

Dear ASS,

Government always ask Singaporeans to keep Singapore clean. But there’s still people anyhow throw rubbish. Look at what I see just below my home. Rubbish everywhere and the No Littering sign is just useless. Nobody cares or give a shit about such signs.

Should our government do something to this type of people? Time to be a FINE city again? Super disgraceful behaviour, first world country but third world behavior.
