INDONESIA VICE PRESIDENT AND PAP MINISTERS SAY THE SAME THINGS

At the APEC Meeting today, Indonesian Vice President blamed the wind for
spreading the haze to neighbouring countries, saying it was something beyond
Indonesia’s control.

We can laugh at his warped logic During the 2010 floods in Singapore, PAP
said that the flooding was due to nature and no amount of human engineering
can overcome nature.

Do we laugh at PAP’s logic as we know that NE Monsoon in 2010 didn’t bring in
more rain than other years. So were the floods due to pap’s negligence in
not ensuring that contractors clean the rivers or left debris uncleared? Did
Marina Barrage partly caused the floods? Did the various construction
projects hindered water flow?

What’s the difference between Indonesia and PAP when it comes to warped
logic to hoodwink their citizens and neighbours?

We know not to trust politicians
