I applaud n welcome you to Singapore. And that’s how the drivers should be paid.

But with the commensuration I would also like to see the following implementation
1 that the drivers have a friendly disposition
2 skillful drivers no sudden jerks or brakes
3 be able to communicate in English as well
4 know there routes well

For the Bus
1 a smooth ride
2 improve bus design. No first level n 2nd level n some even third level. These are safety hazards. Commuters can trip n slip n even fall just trying to get seated
3 the arrangement of the bus seats. People suffering from vertigo can’t sit with their backs towards the driver
4 timely schedule.
5 no overcrowding n squeezing
