DRUNK BANGLA WORKER PASS OUT AT HDB VOID DECK, SHOULD I WAKE HIM UP?

Dear All Singapore Stuff,

I saw this drunk bangla sleeping at the void deck of my hdb block. This is very unsightly and degrading. I hope the authorities will take action and prevent such incidents.

Furthermore, it is quite dangerous. The bangla is at risk of becoming a victim of high-rise littering. I did not dare to wake the bangla up because I do not know if he is safe to approach.
