FT DESTROYS RENTED APARTMENT AFTER HE FAILS TO GET LEASE BACK

Beware of this guy – Andrey Alekseyevich Rossius (from Smile Designers Pte
Ltd at Marina Square). He is the owner of this business and the principal
dentist. He is believed to have left the country.

He is on a 2 years lease contract and wished to terminate it earlier and
would like to have his bond back. However, with accordance to the lease
contract, he is not allowed to since he is not there for more than 12 months.
We acted accordingly to the standard lease contact with no variations at all.

However, this is what he left us with. Severe damages to our apartment.
Please make sure he is on your blacklist and do not rent out any apartment to
him. He will leave your apartment destroyed. I won’t want anyone else to
suffer the same fate.
