Fong Seng nasi lemak receievd $100 fake bill. After checking their CCTV, they released the photo of the female customer and reported the matter to police.
This incident happened on the 4 Nov around 9pm at the Pasir Panjang Fong Seng nasi lemak shop.
An unidentified source said that the female customer was a foreigner about 30 years old and had bought two bottles of mineral water before paying with the fake $100.
The CCTV showed that the female was tanned, wore a green blouse with black skirt and did not look local.
The staff who accepted the bill did not realise it was fake until they counted the takings.
