I would like to bring this matter to your attention because it seems Comfort Taxi Services are really getting from Bad to Worst nowadays! We had a bad encounter with this cab today, it was speeding while turning in to Ikea when he already see my Sis pushing a pram with Baby sleeping inside crossing the small road by the side. This RUDE & reckless driver even got the cheek to wind down the window & show hand sign, shouted & argue with my Sis.

It seems Comfort are taking feedbacks & complaints from Customers too lightly. Previously, i even encounter Comfort drivers driving off when i am only 1-2 minutes late while waiting for lift & they don’t even bother to contact Customer at all. Some even cancel the booking after acceptance.
I write in to Comfort & they just brush me off with a simple apology via E-mail. This time i am going to write in again regarding Ikea incident today & demand a satisfactory explanation from them. I sincerely hope Comfort would seriously look into their drivers performances,
