WHY WON’T ACRA PROVIDE SHAREHOLDERS NAMES OF COMPANY THAT CAUSES HAZE?

It was reported that NEA is going after 4 Indonesian and a Singapore company for causing the haze. 

 

The Singapore company is Asia Pulp & Paper Company Limited. I spent $5.50 to buy the company profile from ACRA, to my amazement, the share holders were missing from the Company Profile provided by ACRA. 

 

Asia Pulp & Paper Company Ltd is a private registered limited company not listed with SGX. No annual report except for their two paper mills at Indonesia.

 

They issued 1,151,653,612 shares but no share holder? I am sure it is hard to believe that this actually happened!! It reveal how business and authority worked together to cover each other backside.
