STARHUB INSERTED EXTRA $24 CHARGE INTO MY MONTHLY BILL WITHOUT INFORMING CUSTOMER

Hi ASS,

I want to share something with Singapore. I’ve received my monthly Suckhub bill with an additional unknown charge which is an extra S$24 to my bill.

Apparently suckhub have been inserting a VAS bill into their contracts without telling their customers and it is free for the first three months so you would be unaware of the additional service.

Worse, as I have opted in for a giro payment so I wasn’t aware of the service until it has been paid.

I want to advise all fellow contract holders, especially new ones, to review their contracts or contact suckhub customer support to ensure that you are not paying for a service you did not ask for.

This extra money could have been used to pay my TC bill but instead disappeared into thin air.
