DIVORCEE FORCED TO SLEEP IN LORRY AFTER HDB REJECTS APPEAL TO BUY HDB FLAT

Dear Editors,

Could you share my story about my experience with buying flat from HDB? I’ve been appealing, writing in and waiting for about a year plus. But the result is still ‘no’. Fuck them man.. I’m homeless and have been sleeping in my company lorry for months already. I have attach my email to u as a proof. So bad this situation leh.

Due to my divorce, I had to surrender my first 4 room flat back to HDB as it could not be sold because not yet 5 year minimum period. HDB took it back and sold it at open market. I did not get back everything. They only give me back 10k back into my CPF.

Now I have 60K in cpf but still cannot buy house because HDB say I am a second timer. Fuk them lah, Rules and regulation is really sucks. Renting room is so expensive nowadays every month, How can I afford it with my low income like this? How am I supposed to concentrate on my job when I have been sleeping restlessly in my lorry every night?
