BIG BOX HABITAT MANAGER CALLED CUSTOMER ILLITERATE OVER REFUND DISPUTE

Dear Editors,

This is what I experienced with this rude Assistant Manager, David Lee at Big Box (Habitat).

He scolded me ILLITERATE! Complaint sent to his management but no explanation from them.

First of all, I called him many times but he did not pick up my calls so I fed up and went to his office. Secondly, he did not notify me there email has been sent out. He did not even ask me if I received any emails from them and he scolded me ILLITERATE and asked if I couldn’t read email.

Rude, unrefined and behave like a hooligan.
