We would like to assure all customers that food hygiene and sanitation are the utmost priorities at Toast Box. Since the reported incident, our NEX outlet has taken immediate action on the night to thoroughly clean and disinfect equipment and display shelves within the stores.

As the cleaner is not an employed staff member of Toast Box and this is not an approved protocol by us, we are working closely with our third-party cleaning contractor to enhance sanitation standards and prevent a repeat of this incident.

We deeply regret this unacceptable incident and apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customers. Toast Box remains firmly committed to provide products of the highest level of quality and food safety. Thank you.
