LADY GRABCAR DRIVER CHEATS BY BIDDING FOR RIDERS BUT DOES NOT PICK THEM UP

Hi All Singapore Stuff,

I book a GrabCar today, 16/08/2015 at 3.10pm. Driver name, Quek Chin Fern. Car plate number SJR 2244 L. DID NOT pick me up at all. But within 5 minutes later, the app shows “In-Transit” and when i tried call her, her hp is off! By the way, i used promo code “dbs” its $3 off my ride.

Ok fine.. I rebook my trip again. AND, this Quek Chin Fern again tried to bid for my trip! Luckily, another nice driver got it. And i reached my destination.

And this time at 4.06pm. I book a GrabCar home, this Quek Chin Fern again bid for my trip!!! And she got it! Immediately, i did a screenshot from my mobile and i cancelled off the booking.

How to accept booking when her hp is off? Is she out to cheat the $3 promo money from the company? She clearly shows that, she has got NO intention at all to pick up passengers.

Below, i attached the photos to show all my booking details. These are all the evidence of her bidding for trips again & again! Don’t let this driver get away cheating!
