HELP! MY NEIGHBOUR’S CAT PEES & SHITS AT MY DOOR STEP EVERYDAY

Dear Editors,

This irresponsible cat owner leaves her cat outside every single day at day and night and let it pee and outside my house and my neighbours house. That is not a stray cat. the fat cat has an bell tie up to her neck and that stupid irresponsible owner got no shame n get angry at us when we complain to her about her.

It smell like shit right infront of my house.

Can i file a complaint to the MP about this? I have already sent an a couple of emails to the HDB. CAT WELFARE. TOWN COUNCIL & even the POLICE about this but nothing happened. It was ok for a month and then starts again.
