CUSTOMER COMPLAINS OF 8MM STONE FOUND IN BREADTALK’S BREAD?

I had bought a bread from IHQ breadtalk. After I bit into it, there was this 8mm stone inside the bread!

I had complaints to NEA & Breadtalk about this incident. When I handed over the stone to the person in charge for investigation purpose, their reply is they don’t know where the stone is coming form.

I think it’s their tactic to cover cases like this???

I had to arrange my own dental check up after my teeth were damaged when I accidentally bite on this stone!
