You know that SMRT has really screwed up this time when even mainstream news agencies like Singapore Press Holdings start making fun of it. That's exactly what happens when SMRT allowed 2 major service lines (North-South, East-West) to break down and cause massive chaos throughout the island during evening peak hours.
The New Paper has even published a few cartoons proposing "solutions" for SMRT and its "on-again-off-again" trains.
