Early this morning at about 7AM, one of our readers saw a large police cordon along Corporation Road. The center of the scene was a blue tent that presumably covered the body of someone who had died on a grass patch along the road.

“It was nearby block 211, opposite Jurong JC. I saw some slippers and bags at the scene,” said the eye witnesses. “I saw blood as well.”

According to the police, they received a call at about 5.35AM today asking for police officers to come down to the scene. When they arrived, they found a 44 year-old man lying motionless at the location. He was pronounced dead by paramedics at scene.

Police are investigating the case as “unnnatural death”.
