POWER OUTAGE AT YISHUN SAFRA DISRUPTS SEA GAMES SHOOTING COMPETITION

A SEA Games shooting competition was disrupted on Saturday morning when a power outage struck SAGRA Yishun. The lights went off and the air conditioning stopped working as the Men’s 10m air rifle qualification was taking place.

Full power was restored after a 15 minute delay. Officials are investigating the incident. Team Singapore’s Royce Chan, Wesley Leong and Wong Ting Wei finished fourth in the 5 team competition.
