Dear Editors,
Have anyone experienced drought onboard a long haul flight?
I just DID. 13 hours SFO – Seoul whole flight no water. No toilet flushing, no washing hand or wash up, limited, almost no drinking water, keeps feeding us juice which makes us more thirsty and cannot go toilet as no water. Also no hot beverages.
Apparently Captain Goh is aware of situation but chose to proceed and also not make any announcement. Poor crew have to keep replying passengers why no water. Crew tried their best by defreezing ice to let passenger wash hand but limited supply.
Can sense their frustration at having to handle issue face to face while top honcho hides.
At Seoul, water issue fixed but 1 of the toilet lights off. OMG. No QC check. Again they are aware before take off, but choose to proceed instead of send for rectification. 4 days had passed, no email, no apology, no compensation ….
SIA SIA what had become of our National pride. Bearing in mind long haul flight had multi nation passengers who pay more to enjoy the services of SQ. Hmm….wonder how they think of SQ now after this 13 hours saga.
