Hi A.S.S.

Did you know that Filipinos can hold Singapore and Philippines dual citizenship?

It is not impossible! Although by law, our government says that all foreigners who want to hold a Singapore citizenship must renounce their previous country’s citizenship, there is a legal loophole in the Philippines that allows them to RE-APPLY FOR PHILIPPINES CITIZENSHIP.

Shocking right? I have given you the link to this website on the Philippines. Inside that website:

Republic Act No. 9225 or the Citizenship Retention and Re-acquisition Act of 2003 is a law passed on 29 August 2003 which grants natural-born Filipinos who have lost their Filipino citizenship through naturalization in a foreign country, the opportunity to retain or re-acquire their Filipino citizenship.

So all those Filipinos need to do is apply for Singapore citizenship, renounce their Philippines citizenship, then wait a while and apply back to the Philippines! Dual citizenship!

Looks like our ICA and PAP are being made a fool of. These foreigners will never be part of us, it is all wishful thinking on the part of the PAP.
