LAST TIME CPF CAN GIVE 6.5% INTEREST RATE, SO WHY NOW CANNOT?

Dear ASS,

I saw this image of a CPF statement from 1975. I was shocked! The CPF interest rate in 1975 was 6.5%!! Compare to now it is only 2.5% or at most 3.5% or 4%!

Now government so rich and earn so much money but always give excuse say cannot increase interest rate for Singaporeans.

But last time government poor, they more generous and willing to give more CPF interest rate to us. Why is this the case? Has the PAP lost the plot and direction to help Singaporeans?

If they can do it last time, I don't see why they cannot give us 6.5% CPF interest now. Why cant we go back to the good old times where everyone is happy?
