[COMPLAINT] WHY IS GROUPON SECRETLY CHARGING 50 CENTS EXTRA FOR SO CALLED “INTERNATIONAL” PURCHASES

Dear All Singapore Stuff,

Hi I would like to warn all Groupon users when making purchase through the Groupon website..

They have been secretly collecting from their buyers an extra 50cents for what they so called international purchase..

Recently I made a purchase of $62..and when i checked out..the total cost is $62 and nothing more (See my transaction of $70 minus an $8 voucher I used)

To my dismay, when I checked my credit card transaction, I realise Groupon charged me extra 50cents for no valid reason. (See my credit card bill, extra 50cent)

When I called up Groupon, they just say its for international purchase therefore will charge 50cents more…this is obviously cheating… why is buying on Groupon Singapore considered an international purchase?

Please be careful of such unethical business practices.
