PRC AUNTIES GOING AROUND BOON LAY ASKING TO BUY CATS FROM RESIDENTS

An All Singapore Stuff reader sent us this image. A Singaporean netizen sent out a warning to her friends about a group of PRC women walking around Boon Lay carrying a large cage. 

According to the netizen, these PRC aunties would approach residents and asked if they were interested in selling their cats. It is unclear what these PRC women intend to do with these cats.

What do you think they intend to do with these cats? If they want them as a pet and have the money to buy, why not go to the pet shop or adoption centre? Why do they carry a cage around and ask to buy cats from residents?
