[COMPLAINT] PRC TRUCK DRIVER USE MOBILEPHONE & DROP SOIL ALL OVER EXPRESSWAY

Dear Sir

On 25/01/2015 @ 10:54Hrs along CTE after Yio Chu Kang towards AMK AVE 5/3 exit XD 8717 H driven by a FT PRC driver driving and dropping soil on the expressway road and causing danger to other traffic users, to make sudden shifting of their cars to the right lanes to avoid the dropping soil on the road.

As the mud dropped in-front of my vehicle, I needed to alert the driver and at the same time I noticed the FT PRC driver was talking on his HP while driving. (Please check with the respective telco of the timing of the HP used).
