A 4-room unit at the premium [email protected] public housing project has broken the $1 million mark in the resale market.
The 48th-floor unit went for $1,028,000 this week, the most that any Pinnacle unit has been resold for thus far.
At least nine other [email protected] flats have been resold since this became possible in December, when owners began meeting the five-year minimum occupation period.
Their prices ranged from $835,000 for a four-roomer to $980,000 for a five-roomer.
