In a ridiculous turn of events, PRC fraudster Yang Yin has counter-filed court papers insisting that the $1.13 million cash in his OCBC bank accounts belonged to him as it was a love gift from Mdm Chung Khin Chun in 2010.
Previously, Yang Yin said that he was merely holding on to the money for Mdm Chung. As for his flip flopping of position, Yang Yin blamed his bad command of English for it. He said: “I am not proficient in English.”
Well Yang Yin is so proficient that he could join the Jalan Kayu grassroots committee. He is so proficient that he can write an appeal letter for his PR application. True or not, you be the judge.
Yang is also claiming that Mdm Chung does not have the mental capacity to invalidate the will which gives him control over all her assets and hopes to invalidate the new will where Mdm Chung’s money is donated to charity.
He has been in remand since 31 October 2014 and his next court session will take place on 24 Febuary 2015.
