MARINA SQUARE HOTPOT RESTAURANT SHUTTERED BY NEA AFTER RAT DISCOVERED IN VEGETABLES

After today's shocking report that a cooked rat was found in Chinese restaurant Hotpot Culture's buffet line, officers from the National Environment Agency were despatched to the restaurant.

After inspection, NEA suspended the Marina Square restaurant with immediate effect and further investigations is ongoing.

This incident went viral on social media after one of its customers Caron Chan published pictures of the dead rodent in a tray of preserved vegetables on her Facebook page.
