SAF have no moral Rights to charge any NSF for negligence or any unprofessional act.

Certainly they Reserve all Legal Rights under Section 295.

Reason : one of the 7 core values of SAF is Professionalism

They did not pay NSF professional Fee regular fee/wages/rate during their 2 years. There is such a wide disparity between career soldier’s pay and NSF pay. Yet they are both required to perform to their utmost highest with professionalism.

If you do not pay professional fee to professionals like architects and Civil Engineers. The building collapse. Who is to be blamed?

There is nothing wrong in being a soldier to be a National Servicemen Full time for 2 years.

SAF want professionalism yet want to short change in professional fee. Come on!

Every Singapore son’s prime youth and career virginity has been given to SAF. Come on!! What else MINDEF wants?

Everything is wrong when SAF started with not paying professional fee!
