SGH did this. Let’s see if any other hospital in Singapore could match the “efficiency” and thoughtlessness of SGH.
My late mum passed away peacefully at SGH on 24/9/2014. About two days into her wake, my sister received a phone call from a staff of SGH (calling from the same ward that my late mum was warded), seeking to know the condition of my mum at home. My sister was obviously shocked, stressed and grieved when she heard that but told the person that my mum had already passed on. After a quick apology, that person put down the phone.
ABOUT TWO DAYS AFTER MY MUM’S FUNERAL, ANOTHER PERSON FROM SGH CALLED MY SISTER AGAIN. THAT PERSON WAS ASKING THE SAME QUESTION!!!!
What do you think? We are still mourning for our beloved mum and it is just too painful for us to get back at SGH at this point in time.
I write to amplify the seriousness of their mistakes and that there’s certainly a terrible lapse in SGH’s administration. SICK!
