BEWARE OF UNITED ARTS DESIGN

Please be aware of UNITED ARTS DESIGN – DAVID SIM THIAM HENG – Last known number he used 90695756 or 93223865

He monopolize on your excitement for the new renovation in your new house. He will “agree” to your many requirements to excite you. He will keep boosting that he is under BCA licensed builders and taking up a HDB house is a small matter and he will “help” you out.

He will then keep asking you for money to help him out like a friend in need but he will not deliver many items as promised be it on schedule or not. He uses POSB account number 186-65409-9.

He will keep playing the delay tactics with the new house owner until you finally realized what has hit you. And in the end, IF you are really in the need to move in to your new place, you will have to complete the renovation yourself or you will have to get another contractor to take over the left over job. Horrible

But what he have done does not break the law according to the Singapore Police Force as he did “SOME” work but it is just very poor service provided and I am advised to go to CASE.

HDB cannot really help out in the case as this David Sim “Borrows” other contractor’s HDB licenses to carry out his scam and HDB will only impose a light fine and demerit points which lasts for only 2 years with this contractor which you will never see.

BCA says that this builder’s license just shows that he knows how to build a and has nothing to do with HDB renovations.

These people will carry on with their daily life and scam and you in another hand will have to live with the horrible experience David Sim WILL put you through and the EXTRA money which you have to fork out to complete your home renovation for you and your family to live in.

I thought I was the only one who is “unlucky” but it seems that another neighbor’s daughter who used him also had the EXACT same experience!!

Please BEWARE and CIRCULATE this DAVID SIM from UNITED ARTS DESIGN. PLEASE DO NOT BE SCAMMED by him!
