SINGAPOREANS ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM

I was so disappointed with SMRT service. I left Somerset station at 930pm on 23 September 2014 but it took me nearly two hours for me to reach Sembawang.

I was so frustrated with SMRT’s service. No train service between marina bay and newton in both directions at late hour. SMRT staff said there will be shuttle bus at somerset exit A. But we waited for 15 minutes and the bus has not arrive. I went to take circle line instead because there’s no choice to take a longer journey back home. When I reached bishan, the queue was so long that we queued till to the staircase. It was 1045pm. The train took 6 minutes to arrive. This has affected so many people. Please improve your service, SMRT.
