IS JOSEPHINE TEO REALLY UP TO MARK?

As the Minister of State, Josephine Teo would presumably be one of the key figures of PAP’s next leadership team.

Yet, her many public policy statements give us pause for thought and make us wonder if she is up to the mark.

More worryingly, if she can be promoted as minister, it makes us wonder what kind of quality the PAP has among those who are NOT of ministerial rank.
