NEIGHBOURS OF WIDOW: WE’VE ALREADY WARNED OUR MP ABOUT DUBIOUS PRC TOUR GUIDE YANG YIN

Friends, relatives and colleagues around me are aware of the PRC tour guide Yang Yin who has swindled millions of dollars from Madam Chung Khin Chun by taking advantage of her old age, loneliness and dementia [Link: http://www.allsingaporestuff.com/article/40-year-old-prc-cheat-made-physical-advances-towards-wealthy-87-year-old-widow].

We are sadden by the fact that Yang Yin managed to get himself involved in grassroots movement and we are shocked that that the other grassroot members did not find anything questionable about Yang. It looks like Yang Yin is a seasoned cheat who has managed to fool even the Member of Parliament in charge of Gerald Crescent Area.

Yesterday’s (04 September 14) Xin Ming evening papers reported that the neighbours of Madam Chung have found Yang Yin to be a suspicious character who has turned the peaceful community upside down after he had settled into Madam Chung’s house. These alert neighbours have sought the help of their Member of Parliament (see the screenshot I sent you) but it seems the MP did not do anything about it.

Although the grassroots and MP were fooled by seasoned cheat Yang Yin, they also have to bear some responsibility for the plight of Madam Chung if they had already been informed about Yang’s character.
