RUMOUR: IPHONE 6 TO HIT SINGAPORE SHORES ON 19 SEPT?

APPLE’S highly anticipated iPhone 6 will hit Singapore’s shores on Sept 19, reported technology website Hardware Zone.

Samsung’s flagship Galaxy Note 4 will be available here on Sept 26, said the report, citing sources.

Hardware Zone said the information comes from reliable sources who provided the correct local launch dates of the iPhone 4s, 5, 5s and 5c; the Samsung Galaxy S III, S4 and S5; and Galaxy Note II and 3.

Apple has invited the media to a “special event” in its home town of Cupertino, California, on Tuesday, when the iPhone maker is expected to unveil the latest versions of its best-selling smartphones, Reuters reported.
