IS EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE ISIS TERROR GRP AN OFFENCE IN SINGAPORE?

Dear A.S.S Editors,

I saw this on Facebook and thought I should post and share with fellow Singaporeans.

This Singaporean Muslim (https://www.facebook.com/Zulfikar71) is supporting ISIS? Isn't it the group where there were reports that it was originally an al-Qaida group in Iraq? (http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/jun/11/isis-too-extreme-al-qaida-terror-jihadi).

Just wondering if it is even an offence to support foreign terror group although not directly involved in it? Even the friend he mentioned in his comment is not simple. (https://www.facebook.com/MohamedZee)
