Outrageous wastage of town council funds by PAP’s Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Council

The town council tear down a perfectly good condition table and stools under Blk 131 Pasir Ris Street 11 and replacing it with identical set of table n stools. The town council previous act was knocking down a series of perfectly good condition brick staircase and replacing them with concrete staircase.

Is this the reason S&CC charges is ever increasing in PAP Town Councils?
