MAN FED UP WITH STARHUB FOR REPEATEDLY ASKING HIM TO RESTART MODEM

An angry customer who experienced intermittent Internet connection was unhappy that Starhub repeatedly told him to restart his router. If this method doesn't work, why ask him to do it so many times? They didn't even bother to offer alternative solutions.

STARHUB INTERNET STILL DOWN DESPITE REASSURANCES THAT SERVICE WAS FULLY RESTORED

Starhub's facebook page was inundated by complains from its customers after its internet broadband services were disrupted for the second time in a week. In their latest update, Starhub explained that the internet disruption was due to a spike in traffic to its Domain Name Servers (DNS). Although Starhub announced it has fully restored all service, complaints continued pouring in up till Tuesday afternoon.
