A Singaporean elderly man was spotted in a local park performing exercises, such as handstand push ups and planches, that would put most younger men to shame.
Readers reported seeing the man performing his usual exercise routines, which involve him riding a unicycle along a stretch of railing along the reservoir, for some time.
When interviewed, the 65 year-old man said he does this for fitness and health. He said that at age 48, he had been plagued with joint pains and aches all over his body, but when he started to run and perform simple exercises, he got better.
He gradually increased the difficulty of his exercises and is now fitter than ever.
